Requesting and Receiving Payments / Return and Refund Policy
Anthogs Productions has partnered with Stripe for all Membership, Exhibit, Video Animation, and Anthogs Apparel & More payment transactions. Currently all Anthogs Apparel & More purchases will be fulfilled by our third-party partner Printful.
We chose Stripe for our payment processing transactions because of there history with being secure, low payment processing fees, robust and easy to use ecommerce payment platform, as well as other additional features our Members and Anthogs will benefit from.
Anthogs Membership Sign Up ($25 Annual Showcase/Sell Memberships): Once you enter your information to sign up, you will be prompted to enter your payment information to be archived as well as other information for security authenticated protocol procedures which is why we chose Stripe. Showcase/Sell Membership Only Annual Membership price is $25 and automatically renewed every year unless prompted by the Member/Seller to not renew. Once the Membership is paid for, it is non-refundable. Anthogs Support Only Memberships: No annual membership. Purchase as many Support Only Memberships at your discretion. Once the Membership is paid for, it is non-refundable. For Membership guidelines, additional questions, or helpful resources that will answer most questions or inquiries, please refer to our Anthogs Membership Sign Up Agreement and FAQ .
Buyers who are wanting to purchase an Exhibit/s: They will select which Exhibit/s they would like to purchase and add to their cart and check out. Once the Buyer checks out, they will be prompted to enter their Payment information. The Buyer will be responsible for paying for the Exhibit cost and any Sales Tax incurred. For Physical Exhibits, shipping is paid for by the Member/Seller. The funds will be processed immediately and will be held with Anthogs Productions for 7 Business Days (not including Stripe payment transaction days) and then released to the Members/Seller and Anthogs. The Buyers contact information with shipping location will be sent to the Member/Seller to fulfill the Physical Exhibit order and ship within 3 business days to the Buyer. For Physical Exhibit orders only, the Member/Seller will reach out to the Buyer and provide shipping details (including tracking number). It is highly recommended that the Member/Seller purchases shipping insurance on all Physical Exhibits in case of any mishaps. Digital Exhibit purchases will be available to download in the order confirmation email sent to the Buyer.
The Member/Seller provides a Return Label on all Physical Exhibit purchases and a required signature for delivery is also highly recommended. It is also highly recommended that all Physical Exhibits shipped have shipping insurance (especially if over $500), so if the Exhibit was damaged by the Carrier, all parties should be resolved. The Member/Seller should insert the costs of the Return Label and Shipping Insurance and Signature Required in their Physical Exhibit Sale Price.
A full refund will be immediately provided to the Buyer within 5 business days after receipt of the Physical Exhibit to the original Member/Seller (in the same condition it was shipped out unless damaged by the carrier). All Physical Exhibits shipped will have a Return Shipping Label included in case the Buyer is not satisfied. The Member/Seller is responsible for paying for return shipping.
Anthogs Showcase/Sell Membership Payout on Exhibits: Members/Sellers will have 3 business days to ship out the Physical Exhibit to the Buyer. Once the Buyer checks out, they will be prompted to enter their Payment information. The funds will be processed immediately and will be held with Anthogs Productions for 7 Business Days (not including Stripe payment transaction days). After a small payment processing fee percentage and any other potential costs are taken out, the total amount left remaining will be paid out in the following [90% of the amount is released to the Member/Seller you are buying the Exhibit/s from and 10% Admin Fee to Anthogs] for all Physical and Digital Exhibit purchases.
Buyer and Member/Seller discrepancies; Returns/Refunds: All Physical Exhibits have a 7 day return policy upon delivery (required signature for delivery is highly recommended). All Digital Exhibits (including eBooks) are nonreturnable and nonrefundable (Except fraud is proven by your local authorities). All issues are to be handled directly by the Buyer and Member/Seller regarding their Exhibt/s. If the issue cannot be settled, please contact Exhibits@anthogs.com to serve as arbitrator. If after Anthogs has served as an arbitrator and either party is unhappy with the outcome, they may choose other alternatives, but Anthogs Productions is excluded from all disputes. However, the Buyer is responsible on ensuring that the Physical Exhibit is returned to the Member/Seller as soon as possible whether the Buyer and/or Member/Seller pays for the shipping.
Anthogs Productions Animation: An invoice by Anthogs Productions will be sent to the Customer with payment instructions. All Anthogs Productions policies apply.
Taxes: Taxes will be applied based on the shipping location the Exhibit will be shipped to. The Buyer will see the taxes included before submitting payment upon checkout.
eBook Returns: eBooks are nonrefundable and nonreturnable (Except fraud is proven by your local authorities). All eBooks must at least be able to be read with Adobe Digital Editions ADOBE DIGITAL EDITIONS Download (or use PDF format).

Anthogs Apparel & More Transactions/Fulfillment/Refunds and Returns (Partnered with Printful): Currently all payment transactions will be directly with Anthogs Productions partnering with Stripe as our payment processor and all orders fulfilled and shipped by Printful.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense (Printful).
The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When Printful receives a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 1 weeks. Use Printful's facility as the return address which is on the shipping label used on your package.
Wrong Address -If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). We will invoice you the additional shipping cost plus $20 admin fee. Once paid in full we will reship to you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable). You hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of (without us issuing a refund).
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Anthogs Apparel & More Printful Return Process:
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 weeks after the product has been received. - Use the Printful address listed on label on the box to return your order. Please also email Anthogs@anthogs.com the order number you are returning.
- If you received a damaged/misprinted/defective order within 1 weeks of delivery, please contact us Anthogs@anthogs.com **Include on the subject line** ANTHOGS PRODUCTIONS MAGENTO 2 STORE. Or if you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, we’ll also submit a problem report on your behalf. You will need to provide us with a photo. please submit a problem report.
