I was inspired by the show, Avatar, The Last Air Bender. Also drawn by pen on art paper, i watched the episode of the Moon Spirit when Aang ventured to the Northern Tribe.
I always felt the Avatar, The Last Airbender, series was not only a great animated cartoon, but was also teaching life lessons as the cartoons of old did. And this particular episode with balance truly resonated to me. It's something we all try to do and sometimes don't accomplish.
As a student at UT, it is hard to find that balance. So when midterms or finals approach and life gets hectic, I remember the episode and my drawing and it helps me try to find my balance.
